Does HeyDeer train on my code?
No. HeyDeer doesn’t use your code, instructions, or review results to train its own AI models. See Security.
Which platforms does HeyDeer support?
GitHub only, for organizations and personal accounts. See GitHub app and permissions.
Which languages can reviews be written in?
Choose Review language in Review rules: English, 简体中文, 日本語, Español, 한국어, Português (Brasil), Deutsch. Code and identifiers stay unchanged. See Reading a review.
How are reviews charged?
In credits, for the work each review does: larger or more complex changes use more, and Deep uses more than Standard. See How credits work.
Do I pay for each developer?
No. There are no seats; the whole workspace shares one plan and balance.
Can I review a draft or a closed pull request?
Yes. Automatic reviews skip drafts by default, but @heydeer review works on them; to review drafts automatically, change your review filters.
For a closed or merged one, use @heydeer review or Reviews → New review, and read the result in HeyDeer; it doesn’t comment on closed pull requests.
How do I delete my account or data?
Open Account & privacy from the account menu, or Request account deletion, and send the email it prepares to hey@heydeer.ai. You don’t need to be signed in.
This doesn’t delete a shared organization workspace or HeyDeer’s GitHub comments, or stop renewals. To stop renewals, cancel in the Billing portal from Usage & billing → Overview. Uninstall the GitHub App to stop HeyDeer reading your repositories.
How do I contact HeyDeer?
Email hey@heydeer.ai with a link to the pull request or review, or, for billing, your workspace name and the charge’s date and amount. Never send card numbers.
