Credits pay for actual review usage. Change size, review depth and the work needed affect the final charge; there is no fixed number of reviews per plan.
Each successful review is charged, including reviews with no findings. Reviewing a new push or running another review on the same PR uses additional credits.
Each review has a minimum charge, shown before you start. It is charged when execution begins, even if usage is lower. Additional usage is charged as the review runs.
Queued reviews cost nothing. Once execution starts, cancellation and configuration errors retain the charges for confirmed usage, including the minimum. We compensate charges caused by platform failures.
Your balance never goes below zero. When it runs out, started reviews continue and HeyDeer covers unpaid usage. New credits can pay for further usage; amounts already covered are never charged later.
Upgrades take effect after payment: pay the full price difference and receive the full credit difference for this period. Your renewal date stays the same. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Running reviews continue, with unpaid usage covered by HeyDeer. New reviews need enough credits for the minimum charge. On an active paid plan, add 2,000 credits for $20 or wait for renewal. Running reviews can use newly added credits. Extra credits are never purchased automatically.
Monthly credits expire at the next renewal and do not roll over. Add-on credits are valid for 12 months and carry over between billing cycles.
Your results stay available. New reviews pause until you choose a plan. We never charge you automatically at the end of a trial.
