Help engineering teams discover HeyDeer, understand its value and get to a useful first review.

What you’ll work on

Create technical demos, setup guides, launch content and practical articles grounded in how developers review code.
Clarify positioning and website copy, translating product capabilities into concrete examples without overstating results.
Develop relationships with developer communities and open-source maintainers; turn their feedback into product insights.
Run focused acquisition and onboarding experiments, measure activation and conversion, and learn which teams benefit most.

Experience in developer marketing, developer relations, technical content or growth for a software product.
Enough familiarity with GitHub, pull requests and engineering workflows to demonstrate the product and speak credibly with developers.
Clear writing, sound analytical judgement and a portfolio of work you can explain, including what you learned from it.
